David Fernandez - Creative Design and Photography

Hi, my name is David and I am a highly creative graphic designer based in London. Currently I work as a Senior Designer for Hertsmere Borough Council in Hertfordshire, just outside London.
Our in-house studio produces print work for external customers also, including the internationally renowned Elstree Studios.

Two of my works, the A to Z guide to Hertsmere Borough Council and Hertsmere News, have been awarded by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
